Frequently asked questions

In our webshop it is possible to pay electronically with iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact and other payment providers. 

Dealers have the option to pay by invoice.

First check if money has been debited from your account.

Has money been debited? It can take up to one hour for us to receive payments. Have you not received an order confirmation from us after one hour? Please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be. Be sure to keep your transaction number handy when doing so.

Was no money debited? Then unfortunately your payment failed and you certainly didn't lose any money. Then try to place the order again. Is this still not working out? Please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be

As soon as the payment has been received, we will send you the corresponding invoice by e-mail..

However, it is possible  that you may not receive the E-mail because it arrives in your spam filter or there are other reasons. Please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be and be sure to include your order number. We will then send the correct invoice to you as soon as possible.

Something is not right in your invoice. Ranging from a typo to the wrong address and you wish to change it? No problem, as long as this is reported within 30 days of the invoice being prepared, it can still be changed. To do so, please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be. We will send you a credit invoice which will cancel your current invoice and within three business days you will receive a new adjusted invoice from us in your mailbox.
